Kremlin chief Putin and US President Trump met for their summit in Anchorage, there is talk of the first agreements. But Trump now sees the ball in the field of Europeans.

U.S. President Donald Trump wants to discuss with the Europeans after meeting with Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin. “I will call NATO, shortly I will call the different people I think is suitable and of course President Selenskyj to tell you about today’s meeting,” said Trump at the joint press conference. “Ultimately, the decision lies with you.” Trump spoke of a very productive meeting.

After talking to Putin, Trump considers points to be unclear. They had agreed on many points. “There are very few that still remain. Some are not so important. One may be the most important, but we have a very good chance of achieving our goal. We have not yet arrived, but we have a very good chance of getting there,” said Trump.

The Russian president also said that the talks were constructive and rich in content. Putin first received the floor at the press conference. “We have established good direct contacts with Mr. Trump,” said Putin. According to his words, the Ukraine War with a US President Donald Trump in the White House would not even be broken out. Putin added that Moscow was “honestly interested” at an end to the crisis.

Putin and Trump stepped up to the world press without answering questions from journalists. When both presidents had given their explanations, the hands of the journalists raised who wanted to ask questions. But there was only thanks for the attention – and both left the room.

Trump received Putin in the evening of German after landing at the Military Airfield from Anchorage – with a long handshake. The summit should primarily be a termination of the Russian attack war against Ukraine. Trump then spoke of agreements in important points without naming details.
