TOKI continues to establish new habitats all over Türkiye to citizens of narrow and middle income groups with social housing projects.
In this context, the construction of 5 thousand 899 social housing in 15 cities in May was completed and delivered to the right holders.
Delivery, Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray, Aydin, Bilecik, Cankiri, Diyarbakir, Gaziantep, Isparta, Kars, Kayseri, Kirikkale, Kocaeli, Sivas and Sanliurfa.
The project aimed to meet the need for housing in both rural and urban regions.
The houses were designed to keep the neighborhood culture alive with horizontal architectural understanding.
Earthquake resistance was prioritized by using the basic and tunnel mold system in the structures.
Children’s playgrounds, walking paths, sports fields, recreation areas and large landscape arrangements were included in the projects.
