Due to a software-related problem occurring in different sectors around the world, especially in aviation, THY’s ticketing and reservation operations could not be carried out yesterday.
Due to the problem, the airline cancelled 84 flights planned for yesterday in order to reduce operational intensity and avoid disruptions in flights.
A statement regarding the issue was made on the airline’s social media account today.
The statement said, “The technical problem experienced globally has been completely resolved and all our operations have returned to normal. You can carry out all your transactions regarding your flights via our website or mobile application.”
