BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul started the day at 10.248,11 points with an increase of 0.19 percent.
BIST 100 index in Borsa İstanbul, which followed a traveling course yesterday, completed the day at 10.228.39 points by gaining 0.39 percent.
At the opening, the BIST 100 Index increased by 19.72 points and 0.19 percent to 10.248.11 points compared to the previous closing. The banking index gained 0.08 percent and the holding index gained 0.28 percent.
Among the industry indices, the most winning was tourism with 0.81 percent, and the highest loss was mining with 0.49 percent.
In the global markets, the employment report announced in the USA pointing to the strong workforce market in the country creating an optimistic atmosphere, while US President Donald Trump’s tariff letters will be sent to countries.
Analysts, today, the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) Price Developments Report, real effective exchange rate, abroad, the European Central Bank (ECB) President Christine Lagarde’s statements, the producer price index (UFE) and factory orders in Germany, especially in Germany, said the intense data agenda will be followed.
Analysts stated that they were closely monitored in geopolitical developments with customs tariffs and technically, the BIST 100 index 10.300 and 10.400 levels are resistance, 10,200 and 10,100 points are supported.
