Turkish Lira deposits and participation accounts (KKM) decreased by 26 billion 34 million pounds last week to 1 trillion 21 billion 441 million pounds.
According to the weekly bulletin published by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority (BRSA), the total loan volume of the banking sector increased by 147 billion 431 million pounds in the week of January 24, 16 trillion 56 billion 818 million pounds, 16 trillion 204 billion 249 million pounds.
The total deposits in the banking sector increased by 258 billion 360 million pounds last week, including between banks, and rose to 19 trillion 385 billion 129 million pounds.
The amount of consumer loans was 2 trillion 38 billion pounds
The amount of consumer loans increased by 16 billion 506 million pounds as of January 24 to 2 trillion 37 billion 610 million pounds.
520 billion 526 million pounds of the amount of housing, 71 billion 262 million pounds vehicle and 1 trillion 445 billion 822 million pounds consisted of consumer loans.
During this period, the amount of commercial loans in installments increased by 14 billion 255 million pounds to 2 trillion 281 billion 78 million pounds.
Individual credit card receivables of banks increased by 2 percent to 1 trillion 833 billion 113 million pounds rose. 644 billion 219 million pounds of individual credit card receivables in installments, 1 trillion 188 billion 894 million pounds created debts without installment.
Legal Self Sources increased
Receivables in the banking sector, as of January 24, increased by 3 billion 439 million pounds compared to the previous week, 304 billion 898 million pounds increased. 229 billion 767 million pounds of the receivables on the special provision were reserved.
In the same period, the legal resources of the banking system, 113 billion 512 million pounds increased by 3 trillion 583 billion 147 million pounds.
KKM balance last week with a decrease of 2.5 and 26 billion 34 million pounds 1 trillion 21 billion 441 million pounds fell.
Thus, the size of the KKM was 5.27 percent of the total deposits.
