The draw schedule for the 500 thousand house project, described as the largest social housing move in the history of the Republic, continues as planned.
The beneficiaries for the residences to be built in Bursa will be determined today by drawing lots. The draw process, in which a total of 29 thousand 566 families will find their new homes, is broadcast live on TOKİ’s official YouTube channel and social media accounts.
After the draw is completed, the finalized name lists will be notarized and will be made available via the e-Government Gateway in the evening. Rights holders will be informed about the contract signing and payment processes in the next stage, depending on the draw result.
According to the new week’s calendar, the beneficiaries of 17 thousand 225 more houses in Bursa will be determined today.
Thus, a total of 98 thousand 839 houses will be drawn in 11 provinces during the week of 16-22 February 2026. On February 22, the number of provinces drawn will increase to 69, and the number of houses whose beneficiaries are determined will increase to 312 thousand 290.
