On Friday, US President Trump received the Kremlin chief in Alaska. Now he interrupts a meeting with European heads of state and government for a phone call with Putin.

According to information, the Ukraine summit in the White House has been interrupted from several sources for a phone call between US President Donald Trump and Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin. As the German press agency learned from negotiation circles, there should be further discussions with the Europeans in a different format. First “Bild” had reported on the phone call.

Trump had received the Ukrainian President Wolodymyr Selenskyj and heads of state and government from the EU for talks about the Ukraine War in the White House.
