Non-residents bought $318.7 million worth of stocks last week.
“Weekly Securities Statistics” was published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT).
Accordingly, while non-residents bought net 318.7 million dollars of stocks in the week of December 13, they sold 243 million dollars of Government Domestic Debt Securities (GDDS) and 1.5 million dollars of Sector Other than General Government (PST) assets.
The stock of non-residents, which was 34 billion 431.9 million dollars as of December 6, increased to 34 billion 517.3 million dollars in the week of December 13.
In the same period, GDDS stocks of people residing abroad decreased from 17 billion 747.5 million dollars to 17 billion 181.6 million dollars, and ÖST stocks decreased from 424.7 million dollars to 421.6 million dollars.
