The announcement on sales transactions was published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the immovables in question will be sold through an auction procedure through the Electronic Sales Portal between 21-30 April 2025.
Places for sale include land, fields, buildings, offices, residential, workplace. The estimated values of the immovables in question vary between 31 thousand 250 pounds to 20 million 500 thousand.
Among the places brought up for sale, some of the “Zoning Status” in terms of the “Hospital and Garden” in the Maden district of Elazig Camikebir neighborhood, “Multi -storey car parks and facilities” in the Çepni neighborhood of Çorum, Denizli’s Merkezefendi district Karahasanlı neighborhood attracts attention.

Adana 5, Aydin 1, Balikesir 2, Bursa 18, Cankiri 2, Corum 2, Denizli 3, Duzce 2, Edirne 3, Elazig 13, Hatay 7, Istanbul 2, Izmir 2, Kayseri 10, Konya 11, Manisa 1, Mersin 2, Ordu 3, Samsun 1, Tekirdag 2, Usak 1, Yalova 4 and Zonguldak 3.
