Russians crawl through pipeline for days – directly in Ukrainian trap

Russia continues to try to drive the Ukrainian troops out of the border region Kursk. But a recent attack ended with a nasty surprise.

According to its own statements, the Ukrainian army has been able to thwart the secret advance of a Russian special unit in the Russian region of Kursk. As several media report, citing Ukrainian information, the Russian soldiers wanted to penetrate unnoticed by a gas pipeline in Ukrainian area near the city of Suha.

According to the Ukrainian portal “United24Media.com”, the Ukrainians noticed the secret attack at an early stage. When the Russians finally left the pipeline at Sudscha, the Ukrainians had attacked them with artillery, rockets and drones. The Ukrainian army published drone videos of its attacks.

Russian bloggers had previously released recordings that the Russian attackers are said to have taken up in the pipeline. It says that the soldiers were on the road for several days in the almost 1.5 meter wide tube. Some of them are suffocated in the Ukrainian attacks in the pipeline. How high the Russian losses were in the thwarted attack is unclear.

The Ukrainian air forces spoke on Telegram of “enormous” losses in the Russian troops. With the campaign, the Russian army tried to get behind the Ukrainian lines in the Russian city of Sudscha. The Ukrainian side also denied reports, which according to the Russians due to the lack of US satellite images. The fights in the region stopped, it said.
