The Russian Ministry of Defense has published videos that show soldiers during an exercise with a far -reaching rocket. This can also be equipped with nuclear warheads.
Putin emphasized several times in the past not to shy away from the use of nuclear weapons. He not only referred to Ukraine, but also western countries.
