The change of QNB Finansbank’s commercial title to “QNB Bank Anonim Şirketi” will be discussed at the bank’s extraordinary general assembly to be held on October 1.
In the statement made by QNB Finansbank to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that the bank will hold an extraordinary general assembly on October 1.
The statement, which also included agenda items, stated that the bank’s current commercial title, “QNB Finansbank Anonim Şirketi”, or QNB Finansbank for short, would be changed to QNB Bank Anonim Şirketi, or “QNB” for short.
The bank’s board of directors will discuss the agenda items at the extraordinary general assembly to be held on October 1.
