Russia has announced that it can react directly to provocations from the West. The autocratic ruling Vladimir Putin clearly threatened NATO.
Vladimir Putin has threatened the western countries to react quickly to a provocation. If someone still has the desire to measure themselves militarily with Russia, then he should try, Putin said on Thursday at a discussion event in the Black Sea Badet.
Putin continued to answer Russia quickly if it believes that Europe provokes it. The Russian armed forces advanced on the entire front in Ukraine, he warned. He repeated the Russian narrative after almost the entire NATO alliance led by the USA now fighting against Russia. In fact, there are no NATO troops fighting Russia. The Kremlin chief also did not give any details that exactly he would understand as a provocation.
Putin blamed Europe that the war he ordered will continue to continue. Many have tried to find a peaceful solution. The European countries with their politics of constant escalation are responsible for the fact that this was not successful. “We are pursuing the ever greater militaryization of Europe,” he said. “In Germany, for example, the German army should be the strongest in Europe. Well. Well. We hear what is meant what is meant,” said Putin. “Nobody doubts that Russia’s steps, Russia are not long in coming.”
There had been several incidents in the past few weeks: Russian drones had penetrated into Polish airspace, a Russian fighter jet flew over Estonia. In several European countries, there were sightings of drones whose origin is attributed to Russia. Several politicians have asked for Russian fighter jets to be shot down if they get into NATO.
The autocratic Putin also commented on the recent representations of US President Donald Trump that Russia was a “paper tiger”: “When we fight, move, move forward and feel confident with the entire NATO block, and we are a ‘paper tiger’, what is NATO itself?”
Trump had agreed to the side of Ukraine with Russia last week than before. After Trump had previously explained that Ukraine should do without peace for peace with Moscow, he had now said that Ukraine could regain its entire territory of Russia. He had described Russia as a “paper tiger”. The United States apparently also wants to provide Ukraine intelligence information about possible goals in Russia.
