ÖİB’s announcement on the subject was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, 5 in Çankaya district of Ankara, 2 in the Güzelbahçe district of İzmir, Yenimahalle, Zonguldak Kilimli, Aydin’s Didim and Mersin Tarsus districts will be sold in the districts of Tarsus.
The price of the tender specifications for the immovables in question is between 7 thousand 500 and 25 thousand pounds, the temporary guarantee price varies between 2 million pounds and 25 million pounds.
The final bidding date for the immovable tenders in Çankaya district of Ankara was May 20, Yenimahalle district and Zonguldak, Aydın, İzmir and Mersin for 21 May.
The tenders will be held with a closed envelope from more than one bidder and to make negotiations with “bargaining” procedure. The tender will be concluded by auction to be made with the participation of the bidder owners who are continuing the bargaining negotiations.
The documents regarding the tenders must be delivered to the address of the Presidency in Ankara until 18.00 on the date of submitting the final bid.
