ÖİB’s announcement on the subject was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, Eskişehir Tepebaşı, Şanlıurfa Karaköprü, İzmir Güzelbahçe, Istanbul Şile, Ankara’s Çankaya districts will be sold.
The tender specifications for these immovables vary between 10 thousand and 50 thousand pounds and the temporary guarantee price varies between 4 million and 70 million pounds.
The final bidding date for the tender in Eskişehir and Şanlıurfa was determined as March 25, 26 March for those in İzmir and Istanbul and 27 March for Ankara.
The tenders will be held with a closed envelope from more than one bidder and to make negotiations with “bargaining” procedure. The tender will be concluded by auction to be made with the participation of the bidder owners who are continuing the bargaining negotiations.
The documents regarding the tenders must be delivered to the address of the Presidency in Ankara on the date of submitting the final bids until 18.00.
