Stating that applications to be made through the KDM-ERP system will be evaluated first by the airline company, Uraloğlu said, “In cases where the passenger and airline company cannot agree, the STGM will be directly involved.” He made a statement.

Uraloğlu said that the application processes will accelerate within the scope of the system and that the applications will be finalized in a much shorter time. he said.
“There will be no field without a follow -up in civil aviation”
Stating that the KDM-ERP system will cover not only the applications for passenger rights, but all the processes related to aviation, Uraloğlu said, “With the system, no field in aviation will be left without control. The process management will have a central structure in the whole aviation sector. There will be no follow-up in civil aviation.” He made a statement.
1 million applications are expected annually
Reminding that the number of passenger applications reaching the SHGM in 2024 is around 18 thousand, Uraloğlu said, uz We expect this number up to 1 million with the new system. Because the applications to the airline will be carried out on this platform. The inclusiveness of the system is much wider. ” He said.

Uraloğlu pointed out that there are similar online application systems in the European Union countries, but the structure of Türkiye is more comprehensive and said, “We brought together passenger, airline and administration in a single system and signed a pioneering model in digitalization of passenger rights.” he said.
