After the one-year temporary concordat period given for the company expired in March, all eyes turned to the Bursa 1st Civil Court of First Instance, where the process continued.

THE HEARING IS IN SEPTEMBER

According to the news in Türkiye Newspaper, the Bursa 1st Civil Court of First Instance conducted the case; Ege Duruk, Mahmut Atom Duruk, Mehmet Çetin Duruk, Onur Duruk, Ömer Duruk, Perihan Duruk, Şirin Duruk, Uğur Duruk and Aroma A.Ş. announced the new hearing date of the process against him as September 9, 2026.

CALL FROM THE COURT

The court also called for official participation, stating that all parties and creditors who could not collect their receivables from the company could intervene in the case to defend their rights.

The final decision that will determine the future of the brand is expected to be made at the session on September 9.
