AK Party İzmir Deputy Ceyda Bölünmez Çankırı, one of the first signatories of the proposal, said in her presentation that the 28-article proposal envisages changes in 8 different laws.
Çankırı stated that, with the proposal, it is aimed to ensure the unity of norms and standards in retirement for the disabled, to determine the retirement transactions carried out according to the tax deduction certificate for the insured before October 2008, according to the loss of working capacity and to carry out the entire application by SSI, and continued as follows:

Çankırı stated that with the amendment to be made in the Unemployment Insurance Law, they aim to postpone the effective date of the Tradesmen Ahi Fund for 3 years for the sustainable development of labor markets in line with the demands of the social partners.
Explaining that the amendments to be made in the Public Procurement Law aim to ensure rapid access of citizens to innovative treatments, drugs that cannot be obtained from the domestic market will be procured from abroad by SGK with the approval of the Ministry of Health and delivered to patients. We aim to deliver at affordable prices.” he said.
REGULATION FOR GSS PREMIUM DEBT
Stating that a regulation has been made in the Family Medicine Law, Çankırı said, “We aim to provide traditional and complementary medicine practices by family physicians outside of working hours, to charge primary health care services provided to foreigners, and to prepare special purpose reports at a lower cost by family physicians and to transfer all the mentioned fees to the revolving fund. Thus, the income of our healthcare professionals will increase.” he said.
Çankırı noted that in order to review public expenditures and use public resources effectively and efficiently, the 5-point insurance premium discount provided for the disability, old-age and death insurance premiums that private sector employers will pay to SSI will be applied as 4 points.
Çankırı emphasized that restructuring of GSS premium debts was introduced with the bill and said, “In order to ease the debt burden of those who cannot benefit from the restructuring laws put into effect to provide ease of payment to citizens who are obliged to pay GSS premiums, or who cannot pay their compulsory general health insurance premium debts despite benefiting from them, and to facilitate their access to health services.” “Editing is being done.” he said.
