Thanks to the new application created for employers looking for personnel, people with the required qualifications can be viewed from the “Candidate Pool System” without opening an advertisement.
The new system will save time and effort for employers and provide a more qualified match for job seekers.
Employers who log in to the system will be able to find out how many people are registered in the system with the qualifications they choose, through many filters such as profession, education level, certificates, language knowledge, age, and province of employment, from the filtering screen on the search page.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, the qualifications and skills in the CVs of the listed candidates can be viewed in addition to their personal information. Employers will be able to search up to 1000 people per month.
EMPLOYERS WILL BE ABLE TO CONTACT THE CANDIDATE
Employers will be able to place candidates they like into pools based on profession and will be able to communicate with the candidate via a message sent through İŞKUR.
After the notification message is sent to eligible candidates stating that they have been selected, employers will be able to see their contact information. If the candidate finds it appropriate, communication will be established. At this stage, an informative e-mail will also be sent to the employer and job seeker’s consultants.
In the “Candidate Pool System”, all employers who do not have the status of a private employment agency, whether registered with İŞKUR or not, can search and view how many job seekers are registered with İŞKUR and meet the criteria. However, only employers registered with İŞKUR can benefit from the system’s detailed viewing and pooling features of the candidate’s information.
