Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar, “81 provinces are currently over 900, nearly 960 residential areas we have natural gas. 85 percent of our population has access to natural gas. But our goal is to ensure that all our citizens can benefit from this comfort, more comfortable fuel.” he said.
Minister Bayraktar, AK Party Malatya Provincial Presidency in his speech, the city’s 6 February 2023 earthquakes in terms of physical and infrastructure is one of the most affected cities, he said.
Bayraktar emphasized that they are working with their forces to raise the city again and said:
“Tens of thousands of settlements were delivered to the right holders. They started to sit there. But imagine that when they sat there, you could not take the electricity service, you could not take natural gas service. Of course it is not possible for such a thing to find.
Bayraktar voiced that they take natural gas with 81 in Türkiye, “81 provinces are currently over 900, nearly 960 in the settlement we have natural gas. 85 percent of our population has access to natural gas. But our goal is to ensure that all our citizens can benefit from this comfort, more comfortable fuel.” He said.
Bayraktar stated that they think that the electric network line is aging in the city and said:
“Our electricity consumption has increased in every sense. Both our transformers, transmission lines and distribution lines in this sense is a very important stage … Of course, this is not only for Malatya, but also for the whole of Turkey. Therefore, we are entering a big transformation process. Now we need a new system design and architecture. We will also take into account the electric and natural gas network architecture and infrastructure in our 4 provinces and 2 districts that are very much affected by the earthquake. “
