The change in CPI (2025=100) was 4.18 percent increase in April 2026 compared to the previous month, 14.64 percent increase compared to December of the previous year, 32.37 percent increase compared to the same month of the previous year and 32.43 percent increase compared to twelve-month averages.

The contributions of the relevant main expenditure groups to the annual change were 8.72 percentage points in food and non-alcoholic beverages, 5.66 percentage points in transportation and 6.30 percentage points in housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels.
