Huawei shared his strategic vision in industrial digital transformation with the Huawei ICT Day 2025 event in Istanbul on 18 April 2025. In the event, which was held with the theme of “Accelerating Industrial Digital Intelligence”; Artificial Intelligence, Bulut Information, 5G and Internet of Objects (IoT) technologies were focused on.

Kaya Shi: “We are progressing with a vision for Türkiye”
Huawei Türkiye General Manager Kaya Shi said in his opening speech that Huawei’s global total revenue in 2024 increased by 22.4 %and reached 862 billion Yuan level. In Türkiye, Huawei Cloud has reached 100 %customer satisfaction and is a pioneer in local and international compliance. Explaining that more than 30 thousand experts working at Huawei Turkey R & D Center offers software solutions to more than 30 countries, Shi emphasized the importance of “rooted in Türkiye and employees for Turkey”.
Ahmet İmamoğlu: “Institutions like Huawei grow domestic ecosystem”
Ahmet İmamoğlu, Deputy General Manager of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, who participated in the event, said that Huawei has made significant contributions to local technology production in cooperation with universities and public institutions. Referring to the number of R & D centers throughout Türkiye, Imamoglu, today is a thousand 347 R & D centers in 58 provinces and 337 design centers, a total of more than 97 thousand people are employed in these centers, he said.
Wang Junyuan: “23%growth, work of business partnership culture”
Wang Junyuan, General Manager of Huawei Enterprise Turkey, announced that they have achieved 23 %growth with their business partners in 2024 and emphasized that they have achieved a strong position in sectors such as energy, finance, public and transportation with artificial intelligence and efficiency -oriented solutions. Expressing that they have adopted an approach based on transparency and long -term relations in the Turkish market, Junyuan said, “We will continue to fight together and win together.”
Digital future with 5G and artificial intelligence designed

At the end of the event, 29 business awards were given to 29 business partners in different categories.
