When the subsectors of the industry (with a reference year of 2021=100) are examined, in June 2026, the mining and quarrying sector index decreased by 1.6 percent compared to the same month of the previous year, the manufacturing industry sector index decreased by 1.5 percent, and the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning production and distribution sector index increased by 1.1 percent.
INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION INCREASED BY 0.1 PERCENT MONTHLY
When the subsectors of the industry are examined, in June 2026, the mining and quarrying sector index decreased by 0.5 percent compared to the previous month, the manufacturing industry sector index remained the same, and the electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning production and distribution sector index increased by 1.5 percent.
The highest production increase in June was in industrial goods with 5.1 percent.
