A total of 2 thousand 305 houses were sold in Sivas, including 413 in January last year, 490 in February, 517 in March, 362 in April and 523 in May. 3 thousand 351 houses were sold in the January-May period of this year. In Sivas, 704 in January this year, 661 in February, 539 in March, 691 in April, 756 houses were sold in May.

According to TURKSTAT data, 107 of the 756 houses sold in Sivas in May 2025 were mortgaged sales and 649 of them were other sales groups. TurkStat shared its statistics according to the sales status of the houses. Accordingly, 282 of the 756 houses sold in Sivas in May this year were the first sales and 474 of them were second -hand sales.
