According to a statement from the Holding, the organization of Yildiz Holding, which adopted the “investment of people” approach, was restructured.

In this context, Hase, who served as the Office Director of Yıldız Holding (CEO) Office Director, was appointed as Human Resources Leader.

Completed his undergraduate education in Marmara University English Economics Department, Haser started his career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Having joined Yıldız Holding in 2011, HASER worked as Ülker Human Resources Specialist, Internal Auditor, Food-Ulker Group Project Manager, Pladis TR, MENA & CA Corporate Strategy, Business Planning Manager and CEO Office Director, respectively.

Having completed his Disruptive Strategy trainings at Istanbul University Department of Sociology and Harvard Business School during his career, HASER is still continuing the Action Research and Transformation Master’s Program at Sabancı University.

The organization, led by HASER, will continue its activities within the scope of human and talent management in order to maximize the sustainable and stable growth potential by ensuring the compliance of holding companies with the strategic goals of the people with the strategic objectives of the investment approach to human beings.
