According to Kiev, Russia used 16 combat drones and three guided missiles in nighttime air strikes. All drones and two of the missiles were shot down, the Ukrainian Air Force said.
For their part, the Ukrainians concentrated their attacks at night on the Crimean peninsula, which was annexed by Russia in 2014. 33 Ukrainian drones were shot down over Crimea and two drones over the border region of Bryansk, the Defense Ministry in Moscow announced. In addition, ten sea drones were repelled off the coast of Crimea. The figures given cannot be independently verified. Shots were heard in the naval city of Sevastopol in Crimea at night.
