Government spokeswoman Shosh Bedrosian confirmed that all 20 living hostages will be released at the same time. Six to eight vehicles are ready to take the released hostages out of the Gaza Strip. They will then be taken to Israeli forces in Israeli-controlled parts of the Gaza Strip.
There the hostages are medically examined and reunited with their families in southern Israel. Bedrosian said Israel was prepared if any of the released people needed urgent medical attention. The remains of those who died in captivity should also be handed over. These would arrive in Israel in coffins covered with Israeli flags.
