Astrophysicists from the University of Johns Hopkins observed the “HR 8799” system with a multi -planetary “HR 8799” system, which has long been an important target for planetary formation research.

In order to take photos, researchers using the corongrage device examining the remote planets around the stars of James Webb, so that the atmosphere of a planet outside the Solar System obtained the images of carbon dioxide.

Findings also offer strong evidence that the four giant planets of the system of approximately 30 million, such as Jupiter and Saturn, are slowly shaped by creating solid seeds.

William Balmer, one of the authors of the research, said, “Thanks to this determination, we have shown that there are significant portions of heavy elements such as carbon, oxygen and iron in the atmosphere of these planets.” he said.

The results of the study were published in the magazine “The Astrophysical Journal”.
