EMRA’s decision on the issue was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
Accordingly, BOTAŞ’s transit natural gas transmission for 2025, including “2025 Natural Gas Transmission Network Investment Program” within the scope of the transmission network investment amount was approved as 20 billion 593 million 826 thousand 500 pounds.
BOTAŞ will not be able to exceed the ceiling of investment projects allocated on a project basis in 2025 and will not be able to spend for any project that is not included in the program. Project allowances will not be used for non -investment purposes.
All kinds of amendments to be made by BOTAŞ will be subject to the approval of the Board.
On the other hand, the development of the 2025 National Communication Network Investment Program approved by the Board will be notified to EMRA by BOTAŞ within 30 days following the end of the period in covering the periods of 1 January-30 June, 1 July-31 December.
