The Young Manager and Business People’s Association (GYİAD), KONDA research cooperation with a “qualified staff opportunity in the digitalized world” problem in depth analyzing a report was announced. GYİAD, who prepared reports with the mission of focusing on the problems of the future, presented the reports of “Young Labor Market and Future in Türkiye” and “Young Women Employment and New Economy” reports. The “Digitalized World Opportunity Opportunity” report is aimed at presenting strategy suggestions by addressing the reasons that reveal the problem of qualified personnel that have become a chronic problem in the labor markets in the context of vocational education and technology -based unemployment perception.
The data obtained from the research findings are as follows: “While 1 out of every 3 people have not received vocational training, 16 percent seems to have acquired an informal profession.. 2 out of every 5 employees have a profession different from the area they receive. 53 percent of the working sector works in the field, 9 percent of it has a profession associated with education, 39 percent of the field of education is an unrelated profession with the field. “
In the report, the perception and attitudes of the professional life are as follows: “White collar mainly full -time permanent, blue -collar works are full -time contracted. 4 out of every 5 people use technology. 4 out of every 5 people think that the use of technology will increase in the future. He thinks that one out of every 5 people will lose his job with increasing technology. The community attributes the deficit of qualified personnel to the fact that the workplaces do not provide sufficient salary, conditions or living standards. “
Artificial intelligence concern
In the study, where the perception and attitudes of technology -based unemployment, 35 percent of the society thinks that the education he has received will be insufficient in the future. One out of every 4 people states that the education he received in the school will be invalid due to technological developments. 1 out of every 5 people may be unemployed in the future due to technological developments, and 1 out of every 5 people think that the profession will be completely eliminated with the development of technology “ said.
