Accordingly, the total deposits of the banking sector ended with July 11, 482 billion 375 million 472 thousand pounds increased by 23 trillion 745 billion 37 million 577 thousand pounds to 24 trillion 227 billion 413 million 50 thousand pounds increased.
In the same period, TL deposits in banks in the same period was 13 trillion 456 billion 684 million 445 thousand pounds with 3.1 percent rise, foreign currency (YP) deposits increased by 1.3 percent of 7 trillion 671 billion 395 million 349 thousand pounds.
The total YP deposits in the banks last week was 230 billion 755 million dollars, while 192 billion 114 million dollars of this amount was collected in their accounts of residents.
In the total YP deposits of domestic residents, considering the data free of parity effects, an increase of 1 billion 358 million dollars as of July 11 was observed.
Consumer loans of domestic residents increased
Consumer loans of domestic residents in the banking sector increased by 0.8 percent last week to 4 trillion 654 billion 346 million 802 thousand pounds.
587 billion 824 million 258 thousand pounds of consumer loans of domestic residents in the banking sector, 58 billion 567 million 179 thousand pounds vehicle, 1 trillion 746 billion 962 million 902 thousand pounds of consumer loans, 2 trillion 260 billion 992 million 463 thousand pounds consisted of individual credit cards.
The total loan volume of the banking sector, including the CBRT, increased by 109 billion 872 million 927 thousand pounds per week with an increase of 19 trillion 118 billion 536 million 781 thousand pounds.
