On the sidelines of his visit to Saudi Arabia, US President Donald Trump met the Syrian temporary president Ahmed al-Schaara. As the White House announced, he asked Al-Schaara at the meeting on Wednesday in Riad to normalize relationships with Israel, to show Palestinian “terrorists” and to take control of internment camps in northeastern Syria, in which fighters of the jihadist militia “Islamic State” (IS) are held.
In front of a larger meeting with representatives of the Gulf States, which was merged in the Golf Cooperation Council, Trump and Al-Sharaa spoke together for about half an hour. It was the first encounter between a US president and a Syrian head of state in 25 years. Most recently, the then US President Bill Clinton met Hafis al-Assad in 2000, the father of the Syrian ruler Bashar al-Assad, who had fallen in December.
Economists from Germany and France are calling on the EU to increasingly rely on free trade agreements with other economic areas given the customs dispute with the USA. In a statement by the French “Conseil d’Aleysis Économique” and the Franco-German Council of Economic experts, the EU must take on a leading role in the defense of the global trade regulations. This is necessary to minimize the economic costs of the US tariffs for the European economies.
According to the experts’ calculations, the US tariffs meet the United States harder than the EU. The expected decline in real production in the United States is between 1.0 and 1.63 percent, while the EU countries have to expect only about 0.15 percent of gross domestic product (GDP). In a second scenario that takes into account even higher US tariffs, the EU would record a decline in production of 0.22 to 0.33 percent-significantly less than the USA.

And now he has announced a 100 percent customs on films produced outside the US Do not take it with a price, but apparently you can take it with a customs.
