Construction Cost Index, 0.88 percent on a monthly basis in May, an annual basis increased by 22.4 percent.
Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT) announced the construction cost index data for May.
Accordingly, the index, 0.88 percent in May compared to the previous month, increased by 22.4 percent compared to the same month last year.
The material index on a monthly basis increased by 1.09 percent and the labor index increased by 0.52 percent. On an annual basis, the material index increased by 17.81 percent and the labor index increased by 31.39 percent.
Building Construction Cost Index, 0.81 percent in May compared to the previous month, compared to the same month of the previous year, 22.46 percent increased. The material index increased by 1.08 percent and the labor index increased by 0.35 percent compared to the previous month. In addition, the material index increased by 18.24 percent and the labor index increased by 30.4 percent compared to the same month last year.
Construction Cost Index for Out -of -Building Structures, 1.11 percent in May compared to the previous month, increased by 22.2 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
