The construction cost index increased by 1.48 percent on a monthly basis and 37.94 percent on an annual basis in October.
Turkish Statistical Institute announced the construction cost index data for October.
Accordingly, the index increased by 1.48 percent in October compared to the previous month and by 37.94 percent compared to the same month last year.
On a monthly basis, the material index increased by 1.73 percent and the labor index increased by 0.98 percent. On an annual basis, the material index increased by 30.67 percent and the labor index increased by 55.62 percent.
Building construction cost index increased by 1.33 percent on a monthly basis and 39.06 percent on an annual basis.
On a monthly basis, the material index increased by 1.52 percent and the labor index increased by 0.96 percent. On an annual basis, the material index increased by 32.29 percent and the labor index increased by 54.69 percent.
The construction cost index for non-building structures increased by 1.96 on a monthly basis and 34.43 on an annual basis.
Compared to the previous month, the material index increased by 2.38 percent and the labor index increased by 1.04 percent.
Compared to the same month last year, an increase of 25.85 percent in the material index and 59.04 percent in the labor index was recorded.
