The necessary information about participation via E-GKS is located on the Bank’s website under the title of “General Assembly”. The shareholders who registered to E-GKS to attend the meeting electronically will not be able to participate in physical participation.
All kinds of shareholders, such as live monitoring, participation in voting, asking questions, submitting a motion, can be used via E-GKS. The shareholders will be able to physically participate in the general assembly meeting and send a third person as representatives.
At the meeting, the reports of the Bank Assembly and the Supervisory Board for the 2024 account year will be discussed. In addition to the approval of the balance sheet, profit and loss account of 2024, the elections will be made for the 3 members of the Bank Assembly and the 2 members of the Bank Assembly and the 2 members of the Bank Assembly to be emptied at the end of April 30, 2025 and the 3 members of the Supervisory Board to be emptied on the same date.
