The capacity utilization rate (CUR) across the manufacturing industry decreased by 0.4 points compared to the previous month and stood at 75.9 percent in July.
According to the statement made by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), the responses given to the July Economic Tendency Survey by 1,778 workplaces operating in the manufacturing industry were aggregated and evaluated.
According to the survey results, the capacity utilization rate in the manufacturing industry as a whole decreased by 0.4 percent in June compared to the previous month, reaching 75.9 percent.
The seasonally adjusted capacity utilization rate (CUR-MA) also decreased by 0.3 points compared to the previous month, falling to 75.9 percent.
