Accordingly, the sales price that BOTAŞ will apply to distribution companies for residential consumers in September was announced as 5,631 liras for 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas.
The tariff for bread producers was determined as 8 thousand 549 lira for 1000 cubic meters of natural gas.
In the tariff for electricity production purposes, the price of 1000 cubic meters of natural gas was announced as 12 thousand liras.
Price tariffs for natural gas are calculated monthly.
In the announcement on the institution’s website, it was stated that “Based on the Household Energy Price Index (HEPI) prices, the lowest natural gas price in residences among European countries after Ukraine is applied in our country.”
THERE WAS A 38 PERCENT INCREASE
The price of natural gas used in homes was increased by 38 percent, effective August 1. It was stated that the price increase would be reflected to the end consumer at an average of 24-25 percent in Turkey.
