The SSI made an announcement on the social media account of the workers who had a insurance entrance and loss of working power before 2008. The requirements for the old age pension were shaped according to SSI’s statement as follows:
15 January 2025 (Included) after the request and the status of the old age pension 4/1- (a) insured persons within the scope of this regulation will be able to benefit from this regulation.
Only 4/1- (a) will be able to benefit from this regulation.
Conditions for people with loss of working power between 40-49 %:
– Insurance period should be at least 18 years.
– The number of premium days should be at least 4100 days.
-Conditions for people with loss of working power between 50-59 %:
– Insurance period should be at least 16 years.
– The number of premium days should be at least 3700 days.
