It has been claimed that Apple is preparing to make a significant change in the traditional promotion calendar with the iPhone 18 series. It is stated that the company may spread the launches over two separate periods instead of announcing all of the new iPhone models at the same event.

According to the information provided by MacRumors, Apple will focus on the upper segment models of the series at the event expected to be held in the fall of 2026. In this context, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and the company’s first foldable iPhone model are expected to be introduced.

It is stated that the standard iPhone 18 will not be included in the autumn event and that the device will meet with users in the spring of 2027.

WHAT FEATURES WILL BE IN iPHONE 18 PRO?

It is estimated that the iPhone 18 Pro will largely maintain the current iPhone 17 Pro line in terms of design. However, it is stated that a smaller Dynamic Island can be used in the new model.

On the camera side, an important innovation is on the agenda. It is claimed that Apple may switch to a variable aperture wide-angle camera system to improve light control.

The new Pro models are also expected to be powered by the A20 processor, which Apple will develop with 2 nanometer production technology.

THE PRICE OF iPHONE 18 PRO MAY INCREASE TO 1,399 DOLLARS

One of the striking topics in the new series is the prices. According to analysts, iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max may go on sale at higher prices compared to the previous generation.

The increase in DRAM costs due to memory supply difficulties is shown as one of the main reasons for the cost pressure on Apple. It is stated that the company may try to limit the price increase by making choices that will reduce costs in some components such as screens.
