The decision regarding expropriation of the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs (MAPEG) of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, it was decided to expropriate a parcel in the Artuklu district of Mardin, which was required for the location area of the Karademir-1 well opened in the oil exploration license with sheet number AR/TPO/K/N45-c held by TPAO in Mardin, and whose expropriation was in public interest, which could not be purchased by agreement due to the demand above the market price, and for which there was an urgent seizure decision.
Within the scope of the decision, the 2 thousand 228.30 square meter ownership portion of parcel number 8, island 107, located in Yaylı District of Artuklu district, will be expropriated.
