Emlak Katılım announced its 2026 first half financial results: Steady growth

Emlak Katılım continued its strong performance in the first half of 2026 with the resources it provided to the real economy in line with participation finance principles and its customer-oriented growth approach. Continuing to diversify its areas of activity, the bank further strengthened its financial structure while supporting its sustainable growth with effective balance sheet management and efficiency-oriented strategies.

Providing 362 Billion TL to the country’s economy, an increase of 75% compared to the same period last year, Emlak Katılım increased its net profit by 17% to 8.9 Billion TL in the same period. Real Estate Participation, which increased its asset size by 56% to 464 Billion TL, increased its collected funds by 53% to 344 Billion TL. While Emlak Katılım’s growth in funds provided was 89% in the same period, it reinforced its solid stance in the sector with a capital adequacy ratio of 17.80%. Thanks to its stable operational activities supported by its strong capital structure and effective risk management, it completed its return on equity at 48.70% in the first half of 2026.

STRONG GROWTH OF 125% IN SUKUK

Emlak Katılım’s domestic lease certificate export volume in the second quarter of 2026 amounted to 26.2 Billion TL, an increase of approximately 155% compared to the same period of the previous year. The bank issued 12.3 billion TL of sukuk in the second quarter of 2026 among the company sukuk issuances it brokered. Emlak Katılım continued to be among the market leaders of the sector by maintaining its 17% market share with a sukuk balance of 15.5 Billion TL in circulation.
