April inflation data, which will be decisive for the pension increase, has been announced. There are only 2 data left for the July raise for SSK and Bağkur retirees. Calculations for the raise that retirees will receive in July have already started.
According to the data shared by TURKSTAT, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 4.18 percent in April compared to the previous month.
On an annual basis, it was noted that inflation reached 32.37 percent. These data were recorded as the main indicator in calculating the raise rate that retirees will receive in the second half of the year.
Retirees, who received a 12.19 percent raise for the first 6 months of the year, are already entitled to a 14.62 percent increase for the July period, with the addition of April data.
