The law, which covers various regulations regarding the economy, came into force after being published in the Official Gazette.

THE SCOPE HAS BEEN EXPANDED IN PURCHASING A VEHICLE WITHOUT SCT
With the last-minute change in the proposal, people with an orthopedic disability rate of over 40 percent were able to purchase a vehicle without Special Consumption Tax. People who cannot obtain a driver’s license due to orthopedic disabilities will be able to purchase a SCT-exempt vehicle once every 10 years.
DISCOUNT FOR CASH PAYMENT FOR EARTHQUAKE SUCCESSORS
With the law, earthquake victims were also given the opportunity to purchase discounted housing and workplaces in case of cash payment. Accordingly, a 74 percent discount will be applied for first homes and 48 percent for first workplaces.
NO TAX DEDUCTION FOR BETTING ADVERTISING EXPENSES
Within the scope of the regulation, betting advertising expenditures will not be deducted from the tax base. Accordingly, these expenses cannot be deducted from the corporate tax and income tax base.
PREMIUM EXEMPTION FOR BES CONTRIBUTION
With the law, some of the private pension payments made by employers on behalf of their employees will be exempt from social security premiums.
