Eczacıbaşı Holding made an agreement to sell the entire Sanipak, owner of the Selpak and Solo brands, to the Malaysia-based company Arch Peninsula Sdn Bhd.
In the published bulletin, it was stated that Sanipak was sold to one of the world’s largest pulp and paper producers.
According to the statement made by Eczacıbaşı İlaç to KAP, within the scope of the contract signed on March 20, Sanipak’s company value was determined as 600 million dollars.
The sales price will be determined at the closing of the transaction after financial debt, cash and working capital adjustments are made based on the company value.
