According to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, representatives of the USA, Ukraine and Russia want to talk about conditions for an end to the war in Ukraine. The talks are scheduled to take place this Friday and Saturday in the United Arab Emirates, as Zelensky said at the World Economic Forum in the Swiss Alpine resort of Davos.
