Accordingly, the total deposits of the banking sector ended with March 21 with an increase of 608 billion 41 million 216 thousand pounds of 21 trillion 931 billion 558 million 784 thousand pounds reached.
In the same period, TL deposits in banks increased by 0.3 percent to 12 trillion 252 billion 785 million 60 thousand pounds, foreign currency (YP) deposit was 7.3 percent increased by 6 trillion 982 billion 118 million 489 thousand pounds.
The total YP deposits found in the banks realized last week at a level of 221 billion 422 million dollars, while 185 billion 46 million dollars of this amount were collected in their accounts of residents in the country.
In the total YP deposits of domestic residents, considering the data free of parity effects, an increase of 5 billion 862 million dollars as of March 21 was observed.
Consumer loans of domestic residents decreased
Consumer loans of domestic residents in the banking sector decreased by 0.6 percent last week to 4 trillion 36 billion 437 million 34 thousand pounds.
543 billion 144 million 172 thousand pounds of consumer loans of domestic residents in the banking sector, housing, 66 billion 204 million 816 thousand pounds vehicle, 1 trillion 547 billion 393 million 951 thousand pounds consisted of consumed loans.
The total loan volume of the banking sector, including the CBRT, increased by 229 billion 525 million 418 thousand pounds per week with the CBRT and 16 trillion 965 billion 418 million 396 thousand pounds.
